The Air Nice
The folks at Cornerstone asked me to participate in a Nike sneaker design contest for bloggers. The D-Nice Journal is 1 of 20 websites that designed a custom Nike sneaker and the winner of this contest will receive 50 pairs to give away on their site.
So, I designed a basketball sneaker called the Air Nice, based on my favorite web colors and complete with the number 808 (my other moniker) on the back. I need your help to win!

WOW! I'm not the biggest sneaker fan in the world, but I actually LIKE these so I voted and asked all of my friends to do the same. BUT (ah yes, the infamous "BUT") there is a problem. It seems we're allowed to vote once a day, but when I attempted to vote the day after my initial vote, I was unalbe to and got the ol' "sorry, but you're only allowed blah, blah, blah" message. Anybody else???

Hey, what up, D!? I'm exercising my right to vote. Best wishes to you on that. I'm from the hometown of Nike so if you need me to go rough somebody up, you know...Yeah, I caught most of that New Edition special and man, I didn't know Johnny's mouth was so foul! And I won't even comment on Bobby's mouth. LOL. Seriously though, I enjoyed it a lot. I still have my NE posters in the basement. Classics.
