A View Of New Orleans by Dwayne Hills
A few years ago I met a gentleman from New Orleans by the name of Dwayne Hills through a photography resources website called photosig.com. Dwayne and I conversed weekly about photography and photographic technics.
Unfortunately, Dwayne and his family were affected by Hurricane Katrina and pretty much lost everything.
